We are less concerned with experience and more interested in those with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We are committed to providing a training environment for all employees. Over 10% of our workforce has been with the company more than twenty years, and we are proud to have 5 multi-generational families who have cumulatively served the company for over 100 years.

Maymead has been recognized for its ongoing commitment to diversity. In 2018, we formed the first all female paving crew in an effort to attract more women to careers in highway construction. We are proud to continue to exceed nationwide averages for employing women in our industry.
